I see the transaction charge on my account on sept 3rd 2010 for 35.95$. I once purchase the antivirus from the card like year before and that was one time purchase only. Please refund those charges back to my account before I file the formal complaint.

I checked my account one dayand was pleased. Then a few days later saw where a charge had been made to my account. I had never heard of this company until I cheked my statement. I got my bank involved and is disputing the charges. They don't don't even have a number to be contacted at. That should tell you something.

I have not been able to down load any of you products. I still have on my screen notification of virus attack. Tell me how to download your products and wipe away virus attack

I purchased an Antivirus from your company but wasn't able to use. i paid by Paypal and it said that i have to wait an email from my account to notify if the transaction is OK. but there was no email notification and I was not able to use it..i tried several times to check my email but it wasn't therer, and YES, my credit card now is billing me with your product that i haven't even use a single time.

what's worse is that i have to reformat my laptop and lost a lot of valuable documents. i hope i get a REFUND because its so Unfair to Buy a product that i wasn't able to use in the first place.

I received an email offering antivirus software and went into the website which appeared ok. I took a subscription and paid £17.91 but there was no download thereafter or mailing of product. Basically, it seems I was conned out of £17.91.
