NOT WORKING
BOUGHT THE LIFETIME PLAN FOR $79.95 ON 2/13/2010. NOT WORKING BECAUSE I AM GETTING POP-UPS SAYING MY PC IS INFECTED. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

will not respond about problem
pop ups stating some files are infected, used their tools to scan and remove, will not remove threats, will not respond concerning issue!

no longer open program on computer
I could not use my internet explorer until I bought the antivirus soft platinum program. I bought the lifetime for 79.95 it has been about 4 months and I can no longer open the program on my computer. The only option it gives me is to uninstall.

Forced me to buy
My computer quit working and wouldnt start working unless I bought this the software. Then it doesnt even work. I am very upset and want my money back.

Cant find on my computer
I purchase antivirus soft platinum at $69.99 on 02-15-2010 for five years and I cant find it on my computer anymore and so my computer is not protected right now and need your support to reinstall the Antivirus again.

Virus 'detection' messed up my PC
A 'Pop-Up' appeared telling me I had many viruses detected, and I should get their Program. I hadn't asked for a thing! But, I downloaded the program, and problems started, that I hadn't had before.

how i was forced to puschase their product to get control of my computer back
I was on my computer all of a sudden these warnings came up that my computer was infected with virus's. After that i no longer had control of my computer until I purchased the software.
