After repeated requests, I finally received an RMA number and shipped the product back on 11/10/07. The product was returned to Tech Data and they verify the product was received within the terms of the return policy.
As of 12/21/07, I still have not received credit back for the purchase. When I contact them, they promise someone will call back. They never call back.
