STAY AWAY from this wretched company.
I ordered a Rawlings Silverback 1B mitt. The problem is that I ordered it from the website anythingxtreme.com. Stay away from it.
Placed my order on Saturday, Jan19. Was emailed on Monday, Jan21 by a guy named Jason Redmon informing me that my glove and Tanners jumbo bands were on backorder. He said to email if I had not received my shipment confirmation within a week. I sent him one quick email asking about a timeframe, and he said that it shouldn't be anymore than 1-2 weeks. Haven't heard from him since.
I waited a week and emailed on Monday, Jan28. Waited two more days and emailed him again (Wed, Jan30) after no response from Mr. Redmon. Waited two more days and emailed the help desk on the website on Friday, Feb1. No response. So I called Mr. Redmon's extention this morning (Mon, Feb4) and left a message, including my cell number...again, no response. Not only that, I tried to connect with an operator...no luck. The billing department voice mail was "full" and could take no more phone calls. The paintball guy apparently wasn't in the office either. UGH!!!
I'm quite frustrated. If this is a professional company, then why have three emails and a phone call gone unreturned? Considering I placed my order 16 days ago, I don't feel a bit unreasonable by this. If they can't value me as a customer, then I want a refund, which I demanded about 15 minutes ago after again getting no one on the phone.
My biggest fear is that I just got ripped off by a fraudulent online company. Sure looked legit, but I guess that's the point.
