Horrible customer service
Customer service is HORRIBLE! After ordering two chairs for our company and a month of not receiving the chairs, I tried to contact customer service several times. When I finally got through, they said they'd call back and never did. Called again a few times with the same promises of returning my call. After calling them, they finally "pulled up the info" and had to re-order. Took another 20 days to get the chairs. After two weeks of using them, one started cracking up the frame. Called again to receive an RA number to send them back. By this time the "30 day return policy" was no good in their database (which was void before I even received the chairs...lol). After several calls and the service reps saying they'd call back, I finally called them and "acted more firm" with the service rep. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and then asked for me to send pictures of the damaged chair. Sent them and waited another two weeks. Couldn't take it anymore, I asked for a manager. After a few MORE times of that demand not working, I finally got through to one. She was very nice and acted like she was going to get things done right away. Took another two weeks and called her back. Still nothing. Another week passed...Just talked to her again today. She's "trying" to get ahold of the company that makes the chair. PLEEEASE! A good company, after all this, should just give me a return slip and deal with it on their time. This company is HORRIBLE!!! I would only recommend this to an enemy. lol I still have yet to get our money back for the cheap chairs

Terrible Transaction
I tried to place an order for some tables and chairs along with a few other things with this company. When I called to order them, they gave me a price $5.oo more than what the website said. It turns out that the same chair was on the website twice with a different price. Once I informed the sales representative about this, they changed it on the website and charged me the higher price! I went back and forth with this for about 2 weeks, each time it was ME who called and each time got promised a call back from the manager. Finally after many, many angry phone calls, they managed to do the me GIANT FAVOR of giving me the half of the difference. So in the end, I had to pay more.

So then they tell me they'll ship the order once I send a check and I'll get 5% off for paying by check. So I overnighted the check on 5/19/09. No phone call. Today, 5/27/09, I called to check the status of my order. I was left on hold for 20+ minutes and then was told that my order will ship next Friday, 6/5/09.

I tell me how terribly unsatisfied I am and how it is rediculous how no one was going to call to let me know when my order was going to ship and no one called when they received my payment. All she said was, "You can send the complaint to my email address."

And guess what. Her email address is [email protected].

Yahoo?

The worst part is, I would have totally placed my order with someone else, but they were the only people that had everything I wanted all in one place. Even so, if I knew the hell I would go through for these stupid lunch tables, I would have never even clicked on their link.

Do not order anything from this company.

And who knows?! Maybe they won't ship on the 5th. That will be a whole new complaint.
