I've been going to anzi dental center for about four years now, when I went in for some fillings and then a few days later was having pain in tooth so, they put a temp but, said I either need a root canal or an extraction. I don't want an extraction but, can't out right afford root canal: but if I wanted a root canal they couldn't do it cause they don't know how to do the top teeth so, I would need to see a specialist which would cost $1, 500 just for the root canal and an extra $800. for a crown. Or they ( Dentist, assistant, manager of the office) said that there is a weekend Dentist that could perform the root canal. Now mind you I have a temp filling in and on antibiotics for the infection, I asked how long do temp. fillings stay; she said two to three weeks so, I need something done before it falls out and I get another infection. The temp. filling was put in on August 24th, 2010. Now Memorial weekend I went into the Emergency Room for a new infection having to deal with the other tooth they did a perm. filling in. Now I have an abcess under the tooth, now on more antibiotics, another week goes by I go into Anzi Dental Center to figure out what is going on with both teeth; I specifically asked about the other Dentist who can perform the root canal on upper teeth has seen my charts yet? cause they said that they put it in her box. I was told no she hasn't came in yet and that they would call me the following week to discuss what the Dentist thought. I go back in a week or so later, still having the infection on the bottom, also I asked about the Dentist for the root canal, I was told that they will call me in a few days. Promised. And gave me a referral for University of Washington for the infection on the bottom tooth but, the referral had no phone number on it, and when I found the number on line they wanted me to fax in the referral, which I did and called three or so, days later and they told me that they couldn't review the referral and see me before three weeks. Now I called the clinic again to say I can't be seen for awhile and she, ( Doreen the office manager) told me I need to see a paradontist and she will give me a different referral. Then I asked about the Dentist for the root canal ( mind you it is now September 21, 2010) she got a big aditude and said that we aren't even addressing the upper tooth, So my comment was this Dentist never works or what? They don't know her hours? Then I had mentioned that the referral that she wrote out had my address wrong and home phone wrong and my insurance wrong, she said that I'm on welfare I told her no that my primary is Liberty Dental and that Secondary was Molina, she said no your on welfare I said no it's dshs, she said right its department of social and health services in mean voice, then called it welfare trust I said no that's a whole other insurance, because I do medial billing for a living and that is a company I bill. Then she said This office will no longer deal with you anymore and terminated me... I asked for my records, she said no you can't have them ( still very rude spoken) we don't have duplicate film and you find a new dentist and they can request them and thats when we will give them. Now I'm back in the Emergency room cause that tooth is infected again cause the filling fell out, hard to find dentist nobody is accepting new patients so, I called there bonney lake office and they said that they could see me but, had to call the other office for my charts, and called me back and said that they could not see me and that they were very sorry.. couple days later my tooth was extracted by and emergency dentist... These people put me through alot and don't care... now i have been on antibiotics for over a month and now I have a medical problem from that.
