Sure AOL is free now but has made so many changes for the worse. AOL used to be at the top of it's game but just faded out: AOL profiles are on this BEBO crap now it is annoying and very user unfriendly profiles, I sure miss the simplicity of our old AOL profiles now they are just memories. You guys took away AOL hometown and deleted many peoples webpages, lifestories, and hardwork so many were proud of and just threw it all away it wasn't AOL's stuff so AOL didn't care. AOL has lost so many members I remember when the local rooms I chat in would have a 2nd 3rd or 4th now we are lucky if we see the one room fill up a third of the way. Even Time Warner shed AOL namesake from itself realizing what a thorn in it's side and then some AOL had become more trouble than it was worth. The whole thing is just really really sad what a force to be reckoned with AOL used to be: "so easy to use no wonder why it's number one". Not anymore and I doubt America Online will ever be able to say those words again. I am still an AOL member, but so dissappointed because so much of what used to make AOL great is now gone. Who knows I may have even been willing to continue paying a monthly fee to AOL if this once great entity hadn't disentegrated into what it is now. Later Days Better Lays AOL.
