1200 people without phone access to internet access
numbers. yesterday, problem was reported to aol 3 times, 1 time today. problem reported to embarq yesterday 3 times and 1 time today. Embarq says they cannot fix, verizon has to fix trunk line, and they are not hopeful it will be anytime soon. paying for services we cannot access.
