Unauthorized credit card monthyly charge for June and July 2009.

I have being charged $19.95 by month since June 2008, on my credit card, I do not have any idea what is this charge for.
I call them and they say this service was active since May throug Intelius. I canceled Intelius before the first month trial ended. But from MIDentity told me that Intellius automatically did not cancel my subscription with them.
Up to now I have spend $159.60 in a service that I did not subscrive for and do not have any idea what is it for.

When I checked my online bank statement I found 4 charges for $19.95 that I did not authroize. They might be more but my statement only posted 4 months. I have never heard of these people, never signed up for anything and I have no idea how they got my name or bamk information. How can I get my money back? I want to press charges.

There is a charge of $29.95 on my credit card billed by AP9*pmidentity.com. I have no idea what this company does nor have authorized it to charge me money.

Unauthorized charges hitting my checking account. According to my bank, when I signed-up for a "Free" Credit Report, I was automatically enrolled and purchased this Identity Theft Prevention that costs $19.95 per month. My account was hit twice. I have no idea what this is or how it works. I used their automated phone service to cancel. Based on some of the other posts I've read, looks like this company has a number of methods to get our money. What can be done to stop this fraud? How can I get my $40 back?
