Alexan Panther Creek Apartments has not returned our complete security deposit. They are short by $101.00 in the refund. Alexan Panther Creek Apartments was given the required 30 plus days notice prior to our leaving the apartment. I have been incontact with them several times. They have not given a reason as to why the complete securuty deposit has not been returned. This has just exceeded 1 year since we vacated the apartment.

This woman is a diabolical and incessant liar. Don't do business with her or rent to her or you will get an endless string of excuses for why she can't deliver on the goods or a refund. . . all connected with great detail. She preys on your capacity for empathy and ruthlessly spews her unlucky and unfortunate fate. . .all fictitious!

Her latest scam is to rent a place and not pay until she is discovered. Therefore, she is a 30 day renter and when she runs she leaves a filthy and smelly mess. . .besides an old mattress and a fridge full of rotten food. When she left, she had 3 empty quart bottles of gin in her garbage. . .all from one week. . .so you know what kind of a world she lives in. . .And whatever you do, don't give her access to your home or she will steal stuff.

She has two children and came to Utah, she said, to be closer to her children, who currently live with her ex and new wife. (And they are terrific people.) But. . . .in 6 weeks that she stayed here, she only had them over one time.

The picture was taken after she felt the compulsion to change her looks so she tinted her hair brown and started wearing it down. . .so look carefully because she usually wears it blond and up in her other pics. . .

She is beginning to accumulate complaints and now many landlords are going to be adding to this site.

This lady continues to be active in internet fraud in dealing with prospective new brides. She is affecting young bride's at what should be the happiest time of their lives. (www.Bridalbee.com) She needs to do some jailtime so contact me to compare notes and to join in putting her away.

Google her, add your information on how she lied and cheated you, then file your complaint with the Holladay, Utah Police Department. And from another report on her they gave instructions on reporting her to Detective Fred Thompson at the Orange County Sheriff's Department. . .949-425-1800.

It looks great no doubt. But the construction is horrible. Cheap plastic and plaster. You can hear your neighbor like they were living with you. The repair people have no experience and are rude and never follow through with the repairs. The management, especially Trisha, is a joke. She always promises things and NEVER follows through. We had mold problems, black mold at that. SHe was no help and it took her 6 months to finally come over. We had pictures and even showed her but she denied it. Trisha is an absolute joke and a fraud. She then says to clean it with bleach, which she later denies. And the noisy neighbors above us were "talked to" and continued to disrupt the entire building. Nothing was done. Outside light in front of the door was never fixed over the period of a year. It took them 9 months to replace a broken dishwasher and the NEVER replaced our microwave which was part of the monthly payment. We also pay for a pool, which is filthy and NOT TREATED BUT ONCE A YEAR (that is what Trish herself told us. She will deny it though) No insulation in the doors or windows, you could see outside while inside. Horrible building construction which caused consistent payments of electricity bills of 200 bucks, average for summer and winter. I'm now paying 70 where I live now. See the comparison? I do not recommend this place unless you like broken promises, noisy neighbors, and managers who could care less about you and more about commission and a paycheck. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!
