I went to Apen dental as a new customer and they were awful. I asked for a teeth cleaning and after a full set of xrays and the woman telling me that my teeth were not very white...HOW RUDE...(Mind you I do not like the dentist by any means of the book) so after I cried and the woman told me my teeth were very "tight"..not that they were not white. I was scheduled for a deep cleaning the following week. Well when I went for my "deep cleaning and was told I had to see the office manager to discuss my appt. She notified me that I would have to pay over 2oo$ for a Deep scaling and cleaning. So I never did get just the teeth cleaning I was looking for. So I decided to switch dentists and I just arrived home from my actual teeth cleaning to find there was NO periodontal disease and my teeth were in great shape. They are very money hungry at that place... Another problem that arouse was I needed a copy of my xrays which would cost 5.00$ I called 2 weeks in advance to get them and the woman told me they would be ready for this am. Well when I called to go pick them up they said they needed a 48hour notice and could not give me them. UGH hello I gave them a 2 week notice.. I was sooo disappointed by this company and hope they go out of business for poor conduct and straight out lie's..
