I bought an Apokin laptop battery in Hong Kong for my Dell Vostro 1500 laptop last March 2009. When I went home to Manila, the battery was a tight fit into my laptop and refused to work. I emailed Apokin at Hong Kong and after several email exchanges, they asked me to mail the battery to them. I did just that and they acknowledged receipt and promised to replace the battery. After that, I never heard from them again. The battery cost me $HK680 (approx $USD80).

Hong Kong retailers said that Apokin is reliable. Definitely their service is very poor and I hope this complaint serves as a warning for buyers to watch out when dealing with Apokin products.
