The drivers were to arrive between 9-11am. They showed up on time and were to go directly to the new location. I was there for a half hour when I had to call THEM to find out that they were going to go downtown first and it would be 45 minutes before they got to my new location. FOUR hours later they arrived. The movers themselves are GREAT. The management sucks. There's no communication and he refuses to take responsibility.

Also, they are VERY expensive. Use Johnsons Piano Movers instead!!!
