We purchased an Apollo Spa 3 years ago. During that time we had to call customer service at least 7 times for various malfunctions of the spa. This stikes me as a little excessive, but previously the service we received was OK. The service personnel seemed to care about customer satisfaction and the technicians knew what they were doing.
This year has been entirely difference, however, the customer service representatives have a careless, indifferent attitude. When they schedule you for an appointment, they don't bother to record the time of day the technician will arrive. It's a good bet your whole day is going to be shot waiting around for them.
The technicians themselves never seem to have the parts needed. The last technician who showed up at the end of the day didn't even try to figure out what the problem was before deciding he didn't have what he needed to fix it.
We are now on our third service call for a leaking jacuzzi and we don't even know what the problem is yet. Once again, we have spent the entire day waiting for the technician to show. Chances are when he gets here, he won't have the part. The fact we've been without our spa for 3 weeks now, doesn't seem to concern anyone at Apollo.
