under 1 yr warranty my iphone started a crack at the plug in opening 1/4 inch and is running. when I brought it in to chandler their only customer support was buy a new phone for $199. Went to Biltmore store which tends in the past to be more proactive & they said it is not a defect but from "dropping the phone at some pt? I said it is at the plug in hole, no defect anywhere on perfect otherwise & working phone..their solution was do the upgrade for additional $$$ of course?! can I send a complaint to someone who will actually fulfill their claim of customer service & warranty or is the BBB the only one? I've been ab appe customer since the 70"s, and only recently have I personnally observed and witnessed this change in customer service for the worst in their industry?!
