I ordered an Apple MacBook(MC516CH/A) but I never received it. They claimed it was lost by the delivery service EMS but I never even received confirmation of shipment. About two weeks after payment, I received a few tracking numbers but they were all invalid. I demanded answers and a refund but they didn't want ot hear any of it. They wanted me to buy more of the same item for me to get my first order.

I contacted western union about it but they said that they could not do anything.

I wanted to contact the Shanghai police but I couldn't succeed. They have a website but most of it is in chinese so my plan failed.

I was hoping that someone could help me
