AWFUL FOOD 4 TIMES IN A ROW!
We have given the Applebees here in Brunswick Ga numerous times to get the food some what half way descent. It is AWFUL!!! to say the least... we have been given COLD GREASE SOAKED FOOD, along with TENFOIL as a to go container!! Seriously??? NEVER will we eat there again.

Dead BUG
I would just like to say that I have loved Applebees since I could remember... But tonight I went with a girlfriend of mine from work for dinner after work. We started out having a great night, our waitress was a lil nutty but she was fun. We both ordered Sirloin Steaks & Brocolli with baked potatoes. We got our food in a timely matter it wasn't until she about took a bite of her brocolli that she finds... A DEAD BUG!!! She instantly looked at me like she saw a ghost! We got a manager over to our table, who proceeds to tell us " Usually we find them in the SALADS!!! Lettuce is Lettuce" But not brocolli... I looked at her like she was retarded. First of all WHO in the HELL says something like that? Why make your company look even worse than the impression I just received!! So she made my friends food free, great! But what about me? I had only taken 4 bites of my steak... and I got charged $13 ...$13 for 4 FREAKING BITES OF STEAK!!! Are you kidding me?! I will not be going back & Yea I'm one person they have plenty of other customers... But i will post this everywhere & I will let everyone i know, know.

Checkout service
Akebono Brake took member leaving our company out for last day at Store loction 23. We placed orders ahead of time due to we hd 25 persons at location. The food cme out in a timely minor but when getting bill for payment it took about 50 minutes to get processed. Applebees only provided 1 server (Matt Goodrum) which work himself in a frenzy trying to take care of the group, Finally one member of the group hd to chase down Gen Manager Scott DoLittle. Mr. DoLittle was sked by this member to come over to our group since we had complaints, once there we advised Mr.DoLittle of waiting for 45 mins to pay the bill. His comment to group was what can I do to help ( not wht a manager should be asking ). Mr. DoLittle toook 3 members bills and credit cards to go process but instead of him bringing them back out to table he gave to the swamped server that was trying to take care of group. Since most of our group are in management postion here, it ws stated in our group that ws very unproffessional. Akebono as a group hs stated not sure that we will be visiting this resturant again.

Insulting costumers
I was recently at this applebees.And i am a big fan of this restaurant ever since i got to this country.i have always been.And when i took my friend out for a drink THE BARTENDER (workin on 10/09/2010@nightshift) rejected my ID which was given to me by the FEDERAL government of this country for migrants coming to work temporarily, and this was the same ID i used to purchase drinks at the SAME PLACe two weeks ago.But thats fine for rejecting it, i would understand that she was doing her job.But i was frustrated and i mention that this whole situation is ***(where i had no intentions of making any insults to her or therestaurant ).but As i said that and turned my back she actually shouted that she aint *** and shes not serving us and ask us to get out.And after that i said to her i didnt not mean it on her, even after saying that she told us to get out and shes not serving us.She wasn't even the manager to say such a thing to a customer.Is this service and the attitude a restaurant such as this would want its employees have.IS THIS ANYWAYS OF TALKING TO HER CUSTOMER BEHIND HIS BACK AND SO LOUD IN FRONT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMER .So disgusted on her actions and very disappointed about applebees.I really hope the manager sees this and make the correcting action!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE!
every time we ate ate apple bees our food always took forever to come out.always cold, not cooked right, bad service, never get refills.
i always had to complain about there service due to very poor service.
i work retail so i know customer service is a big issue.
i always complained about there service but nothing is never done about it. im not asking for discount or such
i just want to the best customer service!
so im never eatn at apples again

Bad Management
At first all seemed well, until the waitress came back after ordering and asked me to get something different because they were out of sliders. That was ok with me, I understand you can run out of things. We then waited at least 45 minutes before the food started to come out two orders at a time, but 5 and 10 minutes apart on top of fries being cold orders being mixed up and a bad attitude from the waitress as we began to express the problems that was arriving. At this time, as we finally recieve our food, getting refills or bottomless soup refills or any other needs was nearly impossible, and I finally went to the bar and got a refill on my drink which at least triggered another waitress to ask the rest of the table for service needed. Thank God for her!!! By now we have been in the uncrowded restaurant for nearly 2 hours and guess what? Our checks arrive and now we ( being 2 parties of four get charged for an extra Uss ( unlimited soup and salad) on both of our bills. The bill read as 2 USS and the waitress says the buttons are touchy . 1 or 2 showed on the bill and our first thought is if it was a mistake how do you show 2 instead of 1 on both bills? We felt as if we were being ripped off on purpose. Then on top of that we were charged 15% gratuity on top of our total price and we had un-tippable service! That is not normal for me as I tip 15 to 20 percent on most occasions, services rendered well. This is the worst part and my reason for never requesting Applebees Huber Heights to anyone I know in the area. When we asked for a manager and shared our disgust for the 2 hours of terrible service, he made us seem like we were the bad company and never tried to accomadate us for any of the trouble we had just been through. This was a slap in the face to me and the ruddest I have been treated, as he walked away with an attitude towards us ( remember the customer)!!! I wasnt looking for a hand out, just an honest explanation and apology for the aweful service. I only hope no one else has to go through this for a Sunday afternoon luncheon. The food was good but the service was awful
We ate at Applebees today 12/27/08 the food was good but the service was awful. I asked for more butter for may baked potato which I did not receive. Our waitresse was busy talking to a person at the bar and didn't have time for us. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

The ribs had no meat and were dried out
I stoped and picked up oriental chicken salad for my wife and a full rack if ribs with sweet and spicy. The salad was great but the ribs had no meat and were dried out. I felt it was not worth the $30 I spent. I did this 6-18-10 at the Lohman store. I should have known they were old and dried out because they were out early and were probably left overs.

I went to Applebees in my town and the experience was lame
I went to Applebees in my town and the experience was lame. Bad service, bad food and bad manager when we tried to complain. If you are going to claim that you are a neighborhood restaurant you have to staff it with people who want to be nice.
I want to speak to someone at Applebees corporate about this.

used to love but now hate
OMG we went to applebees today to get dinner with a gc my dad had sent us! we had to drive an hour n half just to get there bc it was the closest we could find!!! when we get there we felt so out of place!!! it was blazing music, servers just sitting at tables or talking on there cell phones! so we got seated and was waiting ...waiting...and waiting...for about 15 mins for a server and still no server!!! so we got up and walked out and when we got to our car the manager came runing out begging us to come back in and make it better! we said are we going to get a server? he said yes n it will be on the house! we said ok then...i said this is very embarassing bc we felt like everyone was watching us when we came back in!! so we had ok service from there on but the food was nothing special and couldve been way better!!! now we have been to many other applebees in sd, wv, maryland n etc and they were all great but this one was horrible! i am from now on never referring applebees ever again!!! not to mention it was set way off the road where no one could c it!
