This company came to fix a broken dryer. It took a month, and lots of phone calls on our end, to get the part. Bruce, the manager sent some guys out to install the new motor. The two that showed up took our dryer apart only to find out they had the wrong part! In the process, they broke a clip that holds the washer top steady. Finally got the right motor, but we could never get them to come fix the part they broke. Bruce Ginsberg always said they would drop it off "tomorrow" and that he had it. However, they don't have a public address, so there was no way for us to pick it up. I finally ordered my own part and installed it myself. We never did hear back from Bruce. He owes us a part, or a reimbursement for the one I had to buy & install. Very unprofessional crew, language and dishonest. They have an F with the Nevada BBB, no business license since Nov. 2009 and multiple complaints of fraud have been filed. Our Home Warranty company has been notified of these violations. Research them!
