Sent wrong part and can not get help to return
Order part according to numbers and photo on enternet were correct, but part sent was total different and can not get ref.# to return. The picture is not even close to the part I received. The picture looks just like my part but that wasn't the part I received;. I have sent a picture to show them still no response!. The web responders are very rude that respond to you are very rude even in words|. They don't try to help at all|. I read the return policy but says nothing about certain to exchange just a $3/.00 return fee which I will Pay;. I would not recommend this company to anyone;. I Just want my correct part not any money back.

Rip off
Bought a control board, I had to beg to get a return auth #. They sent the part back saying it had been installed. I never installed it. They are rude and arrogant. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN?????? Appliance Zone stated that they had high skilled techs. Appliance zone never responded my latest e-mails, no phone numbers call. Avoid these rip offs, lesson learned by me! They love to take your money, never want to give it back. All buyers beware, they will never talk to you, they're chat techs are useless, they basically don't give a ****. Neither should you, avoid these scammers.

Scam
I placed an order for 1 part on April 5, 2011, to ship next day, arrive in 7 business days, two weeks later order was still "Processing". No communication from the crooks. No phone number, but "chat" said it was back-ordered until 4-27-11 and would ship next day.
Like an ***, I waited. On 5-7-11 order was still "Processing". New date of 5-14-11, to ship on 5-16-11 from chat. No explanation as to why they had not send a notice about the delays.
I canceled the order, ordered from another vendor, saved 5% and got it in 4 days. Of course, I haven't gotten a refund, and chat just puts up a "give it 2 weeks" message.
Deal with these scum-bag crooks at your own risk. This has to be the worst company I have ever come across on the internet. They misrepresent, they hide, they don't communicate, and when you contact them they flat out lie.

Sent me wrong part & will not take it back
I can't believe this company is still in business. Please do not order anything from Appliance Zone. I ordered a part for my gas oven and they sent the wrong part. I even dug out the error on their diagram and reported it to them. 11 emails later to Amber at their "customer service" dept. and I still have not received a refund or replacement part. They are in business to take your money but are not responsible for what they send you. Check out BBB's rating- many, many complaints - the majority of which are part refund complaints.

No knowledge of Appliances and not able talk to rep
I ordered a part for my 3 year old Whirlpool Washer (I dont recommend Whirlpool either) I explained to the person online (they wont talk to you in person) what I needed. The person acted like they knew what I was wanting which was the computer at the rear of washer. After 2 orders and return they finally sent me the right part. It was totally the company fault but in the end they only returned my money minus 5 dollars on each order. I spent 13 dollars each time to return. They would not accept the shipping cost back. If I had known and read other poor coments on the company I would have not dealt with them. I hope this will help others not to make the same mistake in the future. The cost was more than it would have cost me from a reputible company. Please dont make the same mistake as I did. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY (JUST A WARNING(

Refuse to honor order
I purchased a refrigerator shelf through their website for $29.99 (+shipping). They accepted the order and processed my credit card, then refused to honor that price a few days later, saying their vendor had raised the prices and they had failed up update their website pricing.
They did offer me the item at their cost - an additional $43.13; so my "new reduced price" would have been almost 3 times what their website price was when I originally ordered it. After my order, the price on their website was increased from $29.99 to $106.69 + shipping and handling.

I purchased a refrigerator shelf (Invoice # 443500) through their website for $29.99 ($35.94 with shipping included). They accepted the order and processed my credit card, then refused to honor that price a few days later, saying their vendor had raised the prices and due to miscommunication on their end they had failed up update their website pricing. They did offer me the item at their cost which they said would be an additional $43.13 for a total of $79.07 (with shipping included); so my "new reduced price" would have been almost 3 times what their website price was when I originally ordered it. After my order, the price on their website was updated from $29.99 to $106.69. They have reimbursed my original credit card charge of $35.94, but I wanted to report that they refused to honor their published price when I order the product.
