took my money
Called my husband who is 80 and ill. Convinced him to purchase their business for over $6000. My husband gave them credit card info, bec ause he thought he would be helping me if something happened to him. We are senior citizens. My husband is not able to make good decisions. Called the Company and wrote. They said after the fact that they have a no return policy. They did say they would consider a return, but we never heard from them .

Not helping me build a business
I know Apply Knowledge Institute as Affiliates Online. They said they had got my details from an Internet Marketer whose product I had bought. I remember I did fill in a form for a mentoring program on that site.
I've been with them for 6 weeks and all I've got from them is advice on how to find whether a product has been sold on Ebay and, if so, for how much. The owner of the company was in a video saying use this email address and I'll personally see your comments - when I used it the email bounced. When I used another email address of theirs I got my own mentor emailing me back with a very short message about how it takes time to find the product I need.
What would happen if I contacted my Credit card company and asked for a chargeback? Can they sue me?
