Contacted Apply2Save back in May 2008 with the hopes that they could help us with a home loan modification. I was interested after hearing about them on a local radio station. In preparation to begin all documents I did put forward the amount of $1500.00. Throughout the process they have asked me numerous times for personnel information, which I have faxed to them without results. It has been close to 13months and still no word from them, in trying to contact them they have a disconnection, there website is no longer working. With our home in limbo I still have not heard what they are doing with my lean holder. No word no calls to me on where they are at with working with my morgage lender. I am ou of patients and out $1500.00 .At this point I have had to go back to my lender in the hopes they can work with me in modifying my home morgage loan. This is all new tomy wife and I. We were taken and told that we were in basically good hands and our loan process was being worked on. I have all this to work out still with Apply2Save for a refund. Unreal that this company has not only made a mess out of our loan and lead us to believe all was going to be good for us but they also have created the worst hardship for my wife and I.

In January we were looking into loan Modifacations and called Apply2save. Well we decided against using there services and they still charged our account six different times. Even after they assured me there would be no charges and still after I responded to the first debit of 49.99 with a phone call and was promised no more debits would occur. Still having five more debits that probebly would have continued if we hadn't put a stop on it at the bank.

We applied at apply21save and we were ripped off. I canceled our deal and we still have not gotten our money back and now you can not get a hold of them the phones are not working and the e-mail account is not good now either. This company is nothing but a fruad. I am sending papers to the Idaho Attorney Generals Office and hopefully they can get peoples money back for them if they get enough compliants. A lawsuit should be started for everyone that has been ripped off from this company. It is a shame that people like this are allowed to scam people at times like this. And take advange of them. I beleive that the Idaho Attorney Generals Office should do something since the company is in that state.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE DONE TO THOUSANDS OF TRUSTING PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO SAVE THEIR HOMES. I TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM. HOPEFULLY THAT CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WILL GO THROUGH AND THEY WILL BE FORCED TO GIVE EVERYBODY BACK THEIR MONEY. THAT IS, IF THEY DON'T FILE BANKRUPTCY FIRST. I SURE COULD USE THAT $495.00 THAT THEY GOT FROM ME AND DID NOTHING BUT LET ME GET FURTHER BEHIND. FORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT LOST MY HOME YET BUT I AM NOT OUT OF THE WOODS YET

paid $500 to them to do a modification on my mortgage.they took 6 months to do this.the other day i got a phone call from them telling me to call them back.they gave me a 800 number.i call them back and the 800 number was no good.
