Autoloss.com is a complete scam. Do not waste your money. They do not provide any of the services rendered on their website to me and took my payment and are suddenly unavailable. I will be filing a BBB complaint against this company for their awful customer service and lack of follow through on their claims. You are better off hiring your own company to look in to diminished value. This company is a rip off!
