I received an email solicitation for online business opportunity from Apps Success (www.all1apps.com) that promised that I could get a Cell Phone apps clone website for $39.00. When people come to it, they can, for a flat fee, download unlimited music, apps, videos, and more and I'd make a commission.

I have internet marketing skills so I thought it was worth a try. Key to my decision to try it was that they also promised a 100% guarantee if I didn't like it.

Well I paid the $39.00 and got a very stark and plain naked sales page. All links went to the order page. No contact info, no "About Us" info, no sense that someone wasn't just getting you to put in your credit card #.

There are no indications of what apps were available (other than generic headings). Some names of popular apps, such as are on THEIR sales page trying to get you to buy the clone site, would have been helpful. Readers of my blog thought it was a scam and would not consider putting their credit card in there not knowing what they were buying. The feedback was terrible.

I did not like this and thought the product was not as advertised. I immediately (with a few days) requested a refund. It has been 6 weeks and I have received 1 email from them requesting "patience". No response to my other emails or phone calls. They sure can whip that money out of your account in an instant using tech but cannot see their way to return it using the same speedy methods. I'm sure all this delay is in hoping I will forget about it at some point. No such luck.

Their customer service is extremely poor and I would not sell anything these guys are promoting as your cell apps customers would not be able to get their money back either if not satisfied. (their 100% guarantee to customers of the cell apps download site would be similarly worthless, is my guess).

Oh, and also when you buy into this program, you immediately start getting phone calls and emails from them to up-sell you some ad packages to get your site some traffic. Don't bother. You would not want to sell what they have to offer anyway and why put your reputation on the line? Run, don't walk, away from this offer.
