The APX Alarm representative was very polished and tricked us into signing the service contract without telling us it was for 5 years. We have tried talking to the Headquaters office and they will not take us of the contract. This company is a ripoff and they're doing the same trick to everyone out there. Do not fall for their tactics and do not allow this people into your homes.
