It is quite top heavy so you have to be sure you have a big enough plant pot so it won't tip over
I have a few comments about the Aqua Globe . First, it is quite top heavy so you have to be sure you have a big enough plant pot so it won't tip over. Second, my globe really saturates the bottom of the pot and the soil is almost mud. I don't want to over-water my plants. However, the globe does look pretty in the pot so I will probably just keep it as an ornament and continue watering it by hand.

The water goes out of them from 0-2 days instead of the 2 weeks advertised
I purchased two sets of Aqua Globe s from Blair. The water goes out of them from 0-2 days instead of the 2 weeks advertised. I have constantly filled them with water and always the same result. Also, when they are pushed down into the soil, the ends fill up with dirt and it clogs the end of the globe up. Any suggestions? I had ordered two sets for my daughter but cancelled the order.

Stay far away from Aqua Globe
I have questions for you. Can you make a clear aqua globe glass container with a liter size and a fine cone edge so as not to clogged the opening regardless of the type of soil and easy to fill with the liquid. Right now, I am not buying this product because of my demands.

Aqua Globe s are not worth a hoot
Aqua Globe s are not worth a hoot. When you stick them into the dirt the end of the tube just gets plugged up with dirt and no water comes out.

These globes are the most dangerous items especially if you have children
These globes are the most dangerous items especially if you have children. My 8 year old son was trying to be helpful (without my knowledge) and decided to fill the Aqua Globe with water. Unfortunately, the small, narrow tube was filled with dirt. He tried to clear the dirt and the stem broke and went straight through his left hand. 8 stitches later, I am on a mission to warn anyone I can about this product. Since our experience this week, I have heard numerous stories of the globes injuring others or just breaking when trying to clear the stem. There is no warning label what so ever on their packaging.

Not happy at all with this purchase
I've tried everything to make sure my plants are watered properly by the Aqua Globe. The globes plug up no matter what I do to prevent it (i.e. follow manufacturers directions). They are pretty but not worth the money if they do not perform. I'm afraid to rely on the Aqua Globes when I am gone from the house. Not happy at all with this purchase.

Incorrect size of tips
I bought 3 boxes of doubles for a total of 6 globes. The only one that is okay to use is one color from each box. The other color from each box has a tip too small to fill with water. I used a pencil and still got dirt clogged in them. I do not like them at all. I cleaned the two I tried and put them back in the box and will sell them all on internet. I was so excited to get them. I can't wait to get rid of them. If the tips were all bigger - they would work better.

Do not use them
Like others have said, they get all clogged up with dirt! Then I noticed my palm wasn't looking healthy and realized there was mold on the soil, checked my 10 year old split leaf and sure enouh... there too. Had to toss the palm and am trying to save my split leaf. Watering plants is not that hard, save them by not using Aqua Globe!

Unauthorized charge
I have had nothing but problems with this company. Their web site doesn't give you a chance to review your order prior to placing it. I inadvertently placed 3 orders in error. When I called to cancel them I was told I couldn't but should just refuse deliver which I did. I was billed $63 for delivery charges even though I was told I wouldn't be. Now 3 months later they have rebilled my account for the items even though they were returned and my account was given partcial credit in July. When you call them you get someone in Pakastan. If anyone has any ideas on how to deal with this company please help me!!
