I had taken an AMC for my Aqua Guard Nova from Jamshedpur on 31.03.2007 (Contract Receipt No : AG 96B 14312786) which was valid till 30.03.08. In between we shifted to Kolkata but before shifting I checked with the Jamshedpur office and I was told that the same AMC would be effective thruough out the country. Now in Kolkata even after repeated reminders no one is coming to service the equipment and free replacement of the candle which is done within the AMC period. Everytime I call them up they come with an alibi that their service engineer found the house locked.
Can I expect a quick service of the equipment with this complaint ??
