I have bought Aqua Guard Sensa SMP+ (Rs. 17, 900) by March 2010. Within 10 months, the device stopped working frequently and i have made more than 20 calls to the customer service.
The problem started happening by the first month of purchase. If it is faulty device, they should replaced with proper working device.
But though numerous requests, they simply service it every time and to get the service, i need to make follow-up calls to get the service engineer to take a look at the device.
Recently, i found out while having conversation with local service manager that the consumer should require service for the device at least once in every three months one way or another.
This again increased the untrustiness on Aqua Guard device. During the warrantly period itself, i got to make numerous frequent service requests because the device stopped working. I am risking my entire family's health in terms of beliving Aqua Guard to supply purified water through the device.
Since, it requires frequent services & repairs and mandatory service request for once three months, it makes me sincerly concerned about the device, my family's health and the period of warranty.
I would like to make a request here to get the proper device or my money back. I am affraid of putting my family's health at risk due to Aqua Guard Sensa's malfunctioning.
Please help me and my family.
