	Ertisonne May 26, 2010 The product they sent me was not what was advertised on their website The product they sent me was not what was advertised on their website. If I return it there is a 25% re-stocking charge and they want me to pay the shipping both ways. Don't buy from them.
	Iisis April 30, 2010 The company will not deliver what is advertised The company will not deliver what is advertised. I received a partial order. Customer service said I would have to pay extra if I wanted the complete order despite what was clearly advertised on the web site. That would have more than doubled the cost. They refuse to return most items and apply a 25% fee on the remainder.
	Asmenk April 26, 2010 I doubt I will use them again Order placed 10/17. Two quick emails from them to confirm that order was taken and to expect a followup tracking email shortly. No notice of any out of stock or back order items. As of 10/28, no delivery or further communication from Aqua superstore. I was attempting to purchase a non-pool related product, which they use other vendors to process. I think this is the problem, and I doubt I will use them again. Live and learn...
	Poor communications November 22, 2009 Missing order Missing part of order. Site does not response to inquiries. Slow service. Failure to deliver very poor communications.
