Respected Sir,
We bought our aqua guard reviva purifier from eurekaforbes on 15.12.10.But our purifier had malfunctioned in its motor, when our local service centers (thoothukudi) came for they came for service they requested to change the motor and soon they will be coming. We booked our complaint on our local service center on by 16.03.11. and now(21.03.11.) they hadn't showed any response and when called up staffs in those service centers say that they will be coming by tomorrow.So we are about to go to the consumer court if they didn't response by tomorrow. Thus eureka forbes is giving us poor service
