To whom it may concerned


Two years service contract started on 27/04/2006 and to be ended on 26/04/2008 against payment of Rs 1550/- and service contract agreed to serve aquaguard cleaning service after every six month (at least two times yearly) and as and when required with the change of four tines Carbon and two times filter candle.
At the tine of contract the service given with the change of Carbon i.e in the month of April 2006. No service man visited my house to serve the utility till the end of May 2007. After several chesing a service man came and in the month of June/July 2007 and serve second time with the change of Carbon and filter candle.
At the time of they assured me that henceforth smooth service will be continued.
But it was nothing but a ugly talking. No service men came to provide next service.
But they have not forgotten the Date of Contract expiry. They already send me letter in writing and send person for pressing immediate renewal of service contract.
Please note that service contract can only be renewed on and after proper fulfilment of service.
Please note that as per existing contract you have to provide service with change of Two Carbon attachments and one filter Candle.
I am sure you will take proper steps at your service providing agency for non fulfilment of service terms and conditions.
Practically this is not only in my case, there are hunderds of examples in this locality Durgapur.
