I had a horrible experience buying from aquariumsdirect, a netshops company. first of all, they are not "direct" -- they get stuff from a "supplier". They claimed my item was "in stock" but it was not actually in stock. They didn't correct the website but kept giving me bogus delivery dates that came and went. Then when I asked to cancel the order they told me it "shipped." Called the "shipper" -- they hadn't heard of the bogus tracking number they gave me. Oh geez.
