I have purchased Your Aquaguard Reviva R.O. Water purifier to drink pure water on dt. 10-2-2007.After 2 to 3
days your sale persone came to install the instrument.During installation

they found some problem with pump.They tried but did not success.
At last they went out saying to replace it within 2 to 3 days.

After that about 25 days has been gone, nobody took care to replace it or not a contect me when it will restore..I have contect your sale person Mr. Amit patel to restore the instrument but they tell me to come next day but did not come.Till today instrument is lying idle here.After spending a so much money, I do not get the result. Being a well known company, we did not expect the such type of nigligency of the constumer.
You are saying about the better service but here I am not getting any response from your sale persone.Why should I purchase your product when other products are also avilable in the market?
I claim to get immediate replacement and relief from the tension. If not, I have to go to the consumer forum to my money back with interest.
