Assistent menager jamie called me 2 months later after transfering my lease from townhouse to apartment which we extended for next 2 years ( dec.1st, 2012) wantin'g security deposit for apartment which she all ready has $900 dollars from us when we moved in townhouse she said system changed and she can't no longer transfer the lease that she all ready transfered for next 2 years, which we never received notice or anything that her system has changed, even if system changed this year it got nothing to do with me i've signed lease in november for transfer as of december .second off all she tried to steal 10 dollars more per month form us when we signed the lease. menager beth told me clearly the price when we look at the apartment then she called me again later to sign a new lease for the second time which she changed the amount of lease she took off those 10 dollars that she put on the old lease. Practicly she still owes us money because sec. deposit for apartment is 690 + 150 carpet cleaning = 840 dollard she owes us 60 dollars because we gave them 875 for townhouse + 25 dollars for garage door opener.
