Do not go there
On June 3rd, 2011: I went into a local Arbys with a local Arbys coupon that stated 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $5.00 (the 4 for 5 special) The lady (white older female) on duty was loud, rude and clearly stated we don't accept that kind of coupon, don't you know we are independently own?
I tried to explain this was a local Arbys coupon and she stated she didn't care and go some place else.
I was shock at her demeanor, filthy Arbys Brand clothing and her rudeness. I'm 56 years old and be a strong support of the Arbys brand since being a teenager dating back to 1968.
Hence forth I have stopped and will never visit that Arbys.

Coupons
May 31, 2011 I visited Arbys to purchase dinner for my family using a coupon that was for 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $5. Which you could purchase up to 20 in multiples of 4. So I purchased 16. The cashies took my money and as my order was being made the manager came out and said she would not honor the coupon. She said it pisses her off that Arbys sends out coupons so that they can loose money. She then told me that she would let me have one set of 4/$5. I told her that would not feed my family and she said "Too bad, I guess you will have to go somewhere else." She is so worried about loosing money over coupons, not thinking how much money she is going to loose by not accepting those coupons and telling people to go elsewhere. I will never go there to eat again. And considering that is the only Arbys with in 80 miles I guess I will not be eating at Arbys ever again. But I guess loosing one customer out of a billion is no big deal.

General Service
I went into Arbys #0933, Indianapolis, In and the mangament staff was horrible! I came in with my children ordered and sat down. All was well, until i heard laughing and foul language from the back. I assume it was some highschool kids, and kept eating. Our order was wrong so i had to take it up to the counter. That manager on duty turned out to be my foul mouth laughing highschool employee. This AMANDA did not seem to have time for me while i watched her talk. And then when she listened to my complaint she seemed annoyed. She turns around and gets on her phone TEXTING! while i continued to waite for my correct order. i was shocked Mostly because this behavoir was from the Managment itself the younger employees around her seemed to have more sense. You need more responsible managment.

SURVEY & GIFT CARD
MARCH 17 I FILLED OUT A SURVEY ON PHONE AND AT THE TIME I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THE VALIDATION CODE I WAS CUT OFF.
I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD BY PHONE AND THEY ARE HAVING DIFFICAULTY IN PROSSEING MY REQUEST.

food not hot
seems like everytime we stop to get a roast beef sandwich the buns are all was cold and the roast beef is not as hot as it should be. it was atime when you stoped at arbys you knew it would always would be good and hot

not getting what is advertised
i went to my local arbys. i saw the new sandwich angus beef and i thought i would try it. i ordered especially after seeing the pictures. it looked awesome. well i ordered one and to my dismay it did not look anything like the pictures. i said something to the manager and he said i will take care of it.
i was wondering if this kind of advertising is your way of doing business??? or is it this restaurant. we are usually happy with our food.

Bad Food
I drove threw the window two nights ago and purchased three medium roast sandwiches with swiss cheese and when I got home the sandwiches were covered with this bad tasting yellow cheese sauce. I was really upset, this was our dinner. What really makes me mad is that I asked the manager that was running the drive- thru window if my sandwiches had swiss cheese on them and he assured me that they were perfect. Also, I got three shakes that were not even frozen! I don't appreciate going to a fast food restaurant and spending almost $20 and not getting the food that I ordered. I called the restaurant back and all they said was they were sorry. Sorry does not get it when my dinner was ruined.

Terrible salad loaded with pepperoni
The salads on the menu are LACKLUSTER!!! The old nantucket salad was very good. The new Italian salad is loaded with pepperoni. Not healthy, something us salad seekers want, and overpowering. May I suggest a fruity salad, and perhaps an Italian salad with pasta. Forgo the meat. Salad people don't want it!!!
