Ordered some sandwiches and two deluxe potatoes and we're told... they're out of potatoes
There's nothing like going to a restaurant, looking forward to a certain item, and then being told they are out of that item. this is what happened at the Vincennes, Indiana, Arby's on 1-11-10. We went and ordered some sandwiches and two deluxe potatoes and we're told...they're out of potatoes!!! We've been there before when they've run out of roast beef. Can you believe it?

Before you complain, think! Look outside your box. What is really going on around you?
It might not look like "their busy" but are they recuperating from a busy time before your arrival.
Were they shorthanded? Did you come across as mean, hateful or disrespectfull? Servers are still human, they have to literally hold back when people actually yell and demean them. Did that just happen minutes before they were rude to you? Next time you "think" you have recieved bad service. Trying talking to the person like you would like to be talked to. No yelling, no highly critical remarks. If a person looks, unapproachable maybe ask how their day is going, before you state your problem. You might get a small ear ful, but you will also get a more desirable outcome, because they will be thankful that you are truly recognizing the fact that they are human and can make mistakes and don't we all. Lastly, don't call the hot lines or 1-800 # with your bad experience stories after they have done everything in their power to make it right. We hear about it from our higher ups and we have no proof of what we did to try to make it right. I literally have gotten to the point of wanting to carry a tape recorder around with me. I've been accused of not apologizing when I had obsessivly, and tommorrow I probably will have to sign a warning because a woman said I was being rude for asking her to repeat the order her daughter was giving to me from the backseat while it was raining. Remember the golden rule folks, Do unto others as you would have done unto you. You are the customer but we are still humans that make mistakes as you do. So help us make it right.

bad service
i have been to the arbys in radcilff ky store 1003 a few times and all my visits have been at night there is always 3 people working the manger and 2 other employees and everytime i go i get wonderful service from the young lady who is always working her butt off to run the drive thur and front counter and the young men who are always in the back workin hard to get all the sandwitches made but then there is always that one manger that is outside on the phone or hanging with his friends i have seen both happen when i have been there i just dont understand why he is a manger if he is not helping his crew or anything i personally dont think that he is a very good manger i love he food at arbys and i will always come back it just makes me mad that the 2 people CREW MEMBERS are running the store and doing a pretty good job at it

Prices are absolutely not good at all
My friend and I ate at the Arbys in Albuquerque, NM The Attitude was in poor. on a scale 1-10 it is A 0 because the prices are absoutily NOT GOOD AT ALL!! They should consider training their people that they hire for enployment for the company even though it might ok and all Ijust think that it needs SOME FINE TUNING!!! Blake's is SOOOOOOOOOO much cheaper I can save $3.00 worth at the Blakes. I buy the ingredents to make the sandwich myself.

Manager is trying to make some money on the side for herself
I went to Arbys in Brookville, ohio April 20th around noon, to get lunch, when I went to the window, which the lady (manager) told me the total amount which I thought was too much, I had 2 coupons, for 2 of the sandwiches, the amount had totaled up to $17.49 which she said to me that was the right price which food has gone up in price, I questioned the price but thought I would go over it again when I got home, which she did not give me a receipt, I told my husband about this, he also said that amount was incorect, I believe this was no mistake, I believe this lady was trying to make some more money for herself, she said she relized the mistake after I left, which she thought I would not come back and complain, I wonder how many other people she has done this to. I know I will never go to this Arbys again, and if anyone out there goes to the arby's in Brookville, count up your order before you get there, this person is trying to make some money on the side for herself. customers beware!

Got wrong Order
I ordered a Reuben sandwich and I got a plain roast beef sandwich. I was also charged for a Reuben. I will not go back again.

Wrong drink
I sure hate to even say anything but this is the second time in two weeks, I ordered an UNsweet tea and got sweat.
I am diabetic and don't drink any sweet drinks nor do I like them. They were told UNSWEET even the bill printed out UNSWEET
but it was sweet both times. This second time they should have replaced the first drink @ N/C but now we have paid for two drinks that I have poored out..
We have delt with this same store for many years. But now I am not very happy with them.. It's not like I have the time to go back out and get it replaced..

I have been sick with a cold x 1 week.The only thing my buds wanted was onion petals. Dragging myself out of the warm house to find out they no longer carry onion petals. Im sure Im not the only person who loves onions and realized what a great combination with a roast beef sandwich of any choice. Really tasting the onion chips on the drive their, the girl informed me of the survey on the receipt like the receipt maybe taste like onions and I could eat that. The next day I went on line to complete the survey because you know times are tuff, then found I couldnt even find the survey. No onion chips, no survey, I think wheres the beef is also a good answer for your company. In my town I know its just down the road at Reubins Deli, they dont have onion chips either but its ok. They have the roast beef and a personal survey everytime I enter. I would mail your receipt to you for the free sandwich but Im affraid it would be returned to sender, no such address.

Receipt says "free rb or b&c by going to www.arbys.com/survery. That gets me nowhere. The company should have their web page show up as expected instead of the Google page and this page. Where is the survey?
