roast beef sandwich
we went to Arbys yesterday to get the 5 for $5.00
roast been sandwich deal. it is only available at our
store #7179 on Sat. and Sun. we are on a limited income and this is a good deal. three of the sandwiches
the top part of the bun- with the sesame seeds on it -
burned black which affected the color/taste of the
sandwich. we throwaway the three tops and just
ate the meat and botton part of the roll. they were the
worst roast beef sandwiches we ever got from Arbys.
really disappointed in Arbys. what a let down!!!

I will never go there
I went to Arby's on 100 Arthur Way, Kiln Creek in Virginia. I spent $20 and some odd change on food. I ate and it tasted disgusting! and on top of that there were cockroaches climbing up the wall, I was grossed out like never before in my life. To get to the big point, they wouldnt refund my money and I didn't want any more food. The people, especially the manager Rochell was very nasty and loud. Don't ever go there it's a disgusting place!! I will never go there or any Arby places again.

I have had repeated problems at this location with the water, which tastes like there is some kind of Hypochlorite cleaner in it. I've had to discard it because of the chemical taste. Customers who drink their Iced Tea or soda are drinking the stuff and don't even notice it.

there is no survey site
There is no website to fill out a survey, I have several receipts from you all...with the offer for a free Roast Beef or Beef'nCheddar sandwich, however there is no valid survery under www.arbys.com/survey. I am amazed that as big as your franchise is that your this unorganized, and this is very poor advertisement or lack of should I say... along with false representation. Your food is good, however prices to high...

food quality
I have been an arbys fan for 30 years and have never had a complaint, until now. i visited the arbys in emory tx on 11/20/2009 and the roast beef on the $5 beef and chedder, and the arbys melt was horrible. it had hard spots all over, it was so tough, it wouldnt eve tear when i took a bit. It had black burnt portions throughout. It had very little cheddar sause on both. I went through the drive thru so when i arrived home(14 miles away) I was stuck with the bad product. Spending almost $8 for food I could not eat was not what I am used to from Arbys. Tried to go to the Arbys website to file a complaint and the store # would not go through. very disappointed.

WAS GIVEN INCORRECT CHANGE
I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR A WATER I DIDN'T ORDER ON MY RECIEPT. WHEN MANAGER WAS ASKED TO REFUND MY MONEY... HE GAVE ME .6O THE RECIEPT SAID I WAS CHARGED .89 PLUS TAX. MY ORDER NUMBER 426.

Worst Visit
We Went To Arbys On 10/14/09 For Lunch And It Was The Worst Trip I Have Ever Had There The Manager Was Rude It Was 11:15 am & our Food Was Cold Everything The Only Thing That Was Good Was The Fruit punch That Trip Cost Me $18.00 for 2 drinks Basically It Was A Terrible Experience

rudeness
Te lineman on duty to prepare sandwichs was out of line with remarks to management when i aked to omit barbegue and add mayonnaise due to my husband being allergic. this young mans name was Eric and he yelled at it his manager that it was too late and she had to prepare a new sandwich since he walked away. i have been there many times and it seems to me that most of the boys are slow and inefficient . the company may want to reevaluate some of there back line people., #1 the young man Eric or they may lose alot of bussiness.
