I was at this Arbys about a week ago and ordered three roast beef sandwichs and a large order of curly fries. When I got back home and I live across town I didn't have my curly fries so I checked the ticket and had been charged $2.09 for them.
Today I went back over to Arbys and told the cashier first thing what had happened last week about my curly fries. She never did
make any comment about me not getting my fries and took my order
threw it in a bag and told me what my total was. She never said another word and after ringing up my order turned around and walked back to the kitchen area where two other workers was standing and laughing out loud.
This ticket she gave me was store # 8014 and her name on the ticket was Raven. I walked in this time and drove thru last week.

cold fries and
I went to arbys on the evening on Feb 19th 2009 thru the drive thru window. I specificly asked for the sauce that goes with the new southwestern eggrolls sauce. I didnt recieve it. We ordered 2 med strawberry shakes and they were out of it. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME THAT THE HAVE BEEN OUT OF STRAWBERRY SHAKES... The curly fries were cold. We only live 1.6 miles from the restaurant the fries cant get that cold in that short of period. We eat at arbys atleast 8 to 10 times a month there. We spent 23.66 on dinner tonight. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service this evening.
This doesnt mean that we will not ever eat there again. I guess my point is, that it seemed like they didnt make the to listen when we were ordering our food. The store was not busy, we spend alot of money there each month.

sauces
yeah well last time i stopped by arbys the one on rosecrans st and i had ordered 3 large roast beef and i only got 3 sauces which i dont think its enough for those huge sandwiches i had asked for more and they told me "i could only give one per sandwhich" so i got mad ad just walked out the door i never feel like going over to that arbys agian. NO Sauces That sucks man

false advertisment
i want what it looks like on the poster..i am tired of being screwed, ., they make the food look so good, and when you order it it looks and taste like shit...and i am sick of it...i want truth in advertisment...now ..something must be done ...before we go crazy, , and take the law in our own hands...and put meat and cheeze on our sandwish, , and i say wish.. i wish that you would of done it in the first place.. and this all could of been avoided ..

quality of food
We eat there all the time. We order a sub sandwich, you couldn't even see the meat on it, we told a worker there, it took two times for her to say Sir can I make you another one, we said no, because the other party was already done eating. I will never visit the store again. The store number is 239

bad service
WENT TO ARBYS TO EAT Order aruben sandwich.SEEN THAT THE BREAD WAS NOT TOASTED.ASKED NICE LY TO HAVE IT TOASTED THEY LOOKEDAT US WITH A DIRTY LOOK.FINALLY A MANGER CAME OVER TOOK THE SANDWICH AND THREW IT OUT.MY MOTHER ASK THEM WHY THEY COULDNT GIVE HER NEW BREAD IN STEAD OF WASTEING FOOD.HE WAS VERY RUDE !ASK HIM FOR A REFUND.HE DID THAT .BUT WILLNOT RTURN TOO ARBY AGAIN EVEN AFTER GIONG THERE FOR OVER25 YEARS .VERY UPSET! THE MANGER SHOULD BE FIRED FOR TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY!

use of cell phones while prepareing sandwich
I went in the Arbys at Gadsen Al. on 11-20-08 and ordered.After we got our cup we fixed our drinks, while standing there waiting for our order I noticed that lasy making our sandwiches had her cell phone in her left hand talking on it.She had her plastic gloves on but when she needed her left hand she would just hold the phone between her shoulder and cheek, she stayed on the phone the whole time she made our sandwich and was still on it after we sit down.She wasnt the only one, they where 3 employees behind the counter talking on cell phones while they where working on orders, probably be my last time in there.

bad service
they served me cold coffee that had been sitting there all day
it waws full of coffee grounds and they even charged me for it.
it was bad enough that it was no good but to even serve it made it worse
i also ordered the 5 for 5 and that was poorly put together. me and my friend have always stopped at arbys on our travels and this is the first time we have ever had any problems. we just wantede you to know our feelings towards your store.

survey
cash register receipt gives you a site to visit to do your survey and it apparently doesn't exist anymore, at least it does not come up. Also suddenly they went to one survey a week, at which point I went from 5 times a week to one a week or every other week. Turned into a ripoff.
