was talking to mgr.fernando about how the day shift always leave`s before doing there end of shift duty`s when he got rude telling me it is not any of my buisness .then he started gettin aggravated and got out of his seat where he sit`s all day and he proseeded to get in my face, and threatend me then he said that if i did`nt leave he was going to call the cops .the hole reason he fired me was because i asked another employee to verify if was i was saying was true and he said if i called her again he would fire me .that is not right how is it i can be fired for trying to prove that i was telling the truth. so that is unlawful teremenaton.in my book that is wrong all because i was just trying to get the mgr to treat all of us(the employee`s)the same .so am i wrong .i think not . p.s.i also have a witness that saw everything her name is jessica and she works the night shift with me .but she saw everything .i was as polite as can be untill he got to be aggrevated and got in my face.even then iwas not rude but this is wrong what kind of world do we live it where you can get fired for telling the truth . please send me a msg about what you think am i in the wrong or him.
