I ordered an SI10 and Elm 327 diagnostic code readers from arcadia and never received them. despite numerous e mails and phone calls I have still not received them and he now won't answer. The site is registered to John Rossiter, 10 Chesterton Rd, Cliffe, Rochester who is now operating other similar sites.

Oreded scanner on 25 feb 09 and did not arrive, money taken from account, seems to be a scam site, lets track this person down and bring justice back to the internet, no reply to e-mails and phone number not recognized!!!

I placed an order on 18 Jan 2009 on behalf of my father, I then went on holiday for 2 weeks and had expected that it would have been delivered in my absence. Upon returning it had not arrived. I phoned and was initially told to phone back later as they were not near a computer and so could not check the order. I phoned back later and my details were taken and was told that they would look into it, no futher contact was made. I tried phoning back on other occasions but just get an answer machine and none of my messages are retuned.

I have also sent many e-mails all of which have been ignored, please do not order from this supplier, they are con-men out to take your money.
