Thank you so much for your email. I REALLY REALLY enjoyed the people who helped me make this purchase over the phone and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were was such a big bonus in shopping with Arcadian Lighting.
Unfortunately, after spending my return shipping label ($50) PLUS A 20% restock fee ($324), I would never ever ever shop at Arcadian lighting again. I am not an interior designer. I am not a professional electrician. I am a mother of five young children, decorating my husband's entire office building. I will easily spend 30 or 40k on this remodel, and I was SO SO excited about Arcadian lighting, as I've spent my wad at Homeclick.com for years, and Arcadian lighting just seemed to have more up to date, modern, options when it came to the lighting department. I am also redecorating my house at the same time as this office remodel and will be spending another 10k on lighting. The monorail was highly recommended by the girl who helped me and will be the perfect solution for both home and office. In our home, it will perfectly light the painting and the dining table we've always felt were not quite properly lit, and at the office, it will give a wonderful "Fresh" appearance to the front desk. The "bitter aftertaste" of your return policy has especially reminded me to thoroughly check every return policy of every transaction this avid internet shopper makes. Since I am a mother of five, I have to rely mostly on internet transactions for almost everything I do. By the time the fixture arrived, I had met with a new decorator and she suggested since we are changing all logos for our company that I do "silver" lighting touches instead of bronze...which I WILL be doing elsewhere.
Thank you for reminding me to CHECK the policy and to never ever shop with a tight, horrible return policy, leave a bad-taste-in-your-mouth-as-you-try-to-make-the-best-decisions-you-can-with-what-you-have, company. thanks a lot! I really appreciate it!
