I purchased a pair of shoes from the ARCHE Company in NYC. They were comfortable in the store but after wearing them for 4 hours in NYC I could not walk in them. I developed a large bruise on both feet. I returned the shoes within 5 days and asked to exchange them for another pair. They have refused.

Very poor service!
