I received an Archos 605 30gig as a gift from my family. It never worked since I got it, returned it to Archos for repair after many emails for help. I waited the requested 10 -15 business days (three weeks total) and asked what was going on. I got an email saying my archos was in the mail. One week later I received a reconditioned piece of junk that wouldn't even charge and still had the same faults and more than the new one I sent back.
I returned this one and requested either my archos repaired and returned or a new one just like I sent but preferably working. I have made the request many times but my emails are ignored.
