Archos released a very bad product in the Archos 7 Home Tablet. It crashes very easily. It also gets slow very quickly. There is a laundry list of other problems. Most of these problems can be fixed through software fixes, which archos has been unwilling to do. They will not admit to such problems. Instead, a community of users has to create it's own custom firmware to fix these problems as well as make the tablet do what it was intended to do. Customer support is useless and offered nothing in terms of alleviating my problems. Please stay away from this electronics hardware maker. They know nothing about quality products and they know nothing about customer service.
