Wrong product delivered
Ordered Arco whole bean coffee in a large quantity (whole bean on website only avail in large quantity) as a gift for 80+ yr old in-laws as a Thank you for their support while my Mom was dying. They had Arco ground but really wanted whole bean and I though it would be a nice surprise. What was delivered was all ground & instead of any offer to do anything to make it right (ship the correct order or substitute a dif order of whole bean) they want me to have these people repackage it and ship it all back. They admit it was an error on their website but i don't see this as a resolution. Watch out they do not deliver as advertised!

PUMPS NOT WORKING
DON'T GO PUMP GAS THEIR THE PUMPS DONT WORK YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR NOTHING. THEY NEED TO CHECK THEIR PUMPS BECAUSE NO GAS IS COMING OUT AND THEY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK AND THINK YOUR CRAZY!!! THEIR TAKING YOUR MONEY THE EASY WAY.

Rude and Needs to Learn English
I went to fill my sons car todaywith gas, he is in the gulf right now. I wanted a full tank before winter. I pulled up to the gas pump, #15 and went to pay at the terminal and it said to go to another, so I did and they had not cleared it yet inside. So I went inside and proceded to wait in line and gave a young asian gentleman $20 dollars and went back outside to fill the car. It is my fault and not my car, but the pump and the gas spout were on oposite sides. I went back inside and waited in line again and asked for my money back, and told the woman what the problem was and said that they were busy and just asked for my money back. The middle agaed asian woman just stood there and gave me a very funny look and said "NO". I said wait a minute and pointed to the young asian gentle man and told her that I had just given him $20. She stood there and just looked at me like I was stupid. An older women also an Arco employee told her that I just wanted my money back, the Arco employee proceded to slowly take the money out and throw it across the counter. I have done business at this station for over 15 years, long before your new remodel, but no more. I did not throw the money at the employee when your terminals did not work and they did not take the time to clear the other terminals.

Bad Gas
We stopped for gasoline yesterday at the ARCO station in Kingston, WA. Shortly after getting the gasoline, our engine started running rough. Used HEET, but still the engine sputtered and ran rough. Had to leave the car at a friend's house when the check engine light came on. Called ARCO today, but they refuse to accept responsibility, insisting that it couldn't possibly be their gasoline since they test it every week. We are boycotting the company after this and ensuring that everyone we know hears about their bad gasoline.

Scam charges
This is my problem, I went to get gas at the ARCO station charged 47.65 was charged a trans. fee of .45 cents which I agreed to, bringing total to $48.10 OK. check my bank statement the next day and I am being charged $100.00 which I am being told is a hold, for 3 to 4 days, now here's the problem I am on a fixed income if I have only $50.00 in the bank after the hold and I want to charge 60.00 it will not go through.this makes everything quite stressful, I was also told that if I go into the station and take care of the bill they won't do this hold thing. What is the difference?? And why don't they inform the consumer what they are doing, there is no sign posted anywhere.

Took my money & refused to provide gas paid for at station
On September 18th, 2009, I went into 'Simon's Mini Market', located at 501 E. Manchester Inglewood, Ca 90301 attempting to purchase $7.00 dollars in gas.
The attendent who had a problem understanding "english" place the $7.00 dollar purchase on the wrong pump. After I he corrected this matter, the attendent refused to provide the $7.00 dollars, stating I had already recieved $1.99.
I requested my receit, which only states $5.00 dollars. In addition, the situation was becoming out-of-hand.

Stole my money
Thursday June 11th at about 7:00 I drove up because my low fuel light came on. I went to the pay point station #2 and put in my last $10.00. I went to pump the gas and nothing came out so I went inside and told the clerk byt the name of Paul (so he said). He told me there was nothing showing there. So I told him that was my last ten dollars and that he had to do something he said he couldn't do anything and that I had to come back saturday. I told him it was unacceptable because in order to go home I needed gas and the machine had taken my money and my kids were waiting in the car. He said sorry and moved on to the next customer. I was there about 20 minutes arguing and he had a smirk on his face and said to call the police that they weren't going to do anything either then he had the nerve to say "how do i know you really put the money in there?" Luckily one of the customers that was there when it all started stuck around and gave me 2.00 dollars I found another one in my pocket and pumped 3.00 I told Paul that I needed something in writing about what had just happened, he gave me a paper and told me to write it all down. When I was done I gave it to him and told him to sign it he just kept it on the counter and wrote the phone number, his name and manager's name Hanns on another paper and gave it to me. As of today I have not heard from anyone. I couldn't go back saturday because it was my daughters birthday party and I see no point in going back since I know what they are going to do. Which is deny the entire thing ever happened. I will just never go back there or any other Arco stations and tell everyone I know what happened and not to go there either.

A Mean Owner lady
Hi my name is Sassy and i was at Arco station on Wednesday May 28th around 12:30pm. I got cup of soda and employee charged me wrong price. The owner she was there and she yelled at the him. I felt very uneasy. I even told her it's ok you can charge me whatever right price is and then she told me it's none of your business. I don't understand what kind workplace is this for employees and what kind customer service is this. I just like to file this complaint that lady has to know how to talk to people. I don't think that lady is normal.

no money back
Hi my name is Nadia Samaan, I was at Arco on Wednesday morning around 10am. I tried to insert $20 bill into the machine so i can fill gas. But for some reason, my $20 bill got struck and i'wasn't not able to pump gas. So i went inside the store and asked cashier to give me gas or money back. He said he cannot do any thing because this machine is not belong to them it's Arco's property. He also asked me to come back later and talk to the owner. So i went there couple times but nothing happened. While i was talking to one of my friend about this situation and she said it happened to her too last month same location. So how much money this owener is making keeping other people's money like this. I really wants company has to take action against this owener.

harassment to employee
I'm filing this complaint against the owner's wife ( Gadli). She treats all her employees really bad. Most of her employees works almost 12 hours a day no over time.They can't even take a break for restroom. If someone call for sick leave, she just tell that person don't come back to work. If employee toss the bad merchandise in the trash, she tell them to take out from trash can. She is very mean and disrespecful to all the employees. My husband used to work there. He is dabetic and having high blood pressure. If he asked for break to use restroom or eat something. She won't let him do that. The owner usually out of country most of the time. So all the emloyees have to just face her bad behavoir. Due to this bad economy people need job but this is not fair that they have to work under pressure. She also treats customers bad too. I think she is not in her mind. I would like to request complaint detarment to let Arco people know that because of her business is going down. I know Arco have cheap gas but i'm not going to tell my family to pump gas there although i live 1.5 miles from that place.
