I purchased a Siberian Husky from Deborah after many exchanged emails, the puppy was supposed to have full registration. After receiving the puppy I was told that the registration would follow. I purchased her in January of 08. When we received the puppy, she had HORRIBLE anxiety and social issues like she hadn't had proper interaction.
After doing a little research I found out from the AKC that her breeding rights were revoked, I'm not sure as to the reasons behind it, but did find a lot of complaints about health problems especially eye related issues from her Huskies. At 7 months old our puppy developed severe cataracts in both eyes, I yet again attempted to contact Deborah with ZERO response. I have in writing that our puppy was supposed to have warranty from her, but she refused to stand behind her puppies. At this point years later, we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars treating medical problems due to poor breeding practices of Arctic Shores Kennels.
I filed a law suit locally with the small claims court and then had some complications in my life, I was unable to pursue the law suit for a period of time. Deborah initially refused to accept the certified notice and then after receiving a non-certified copy from the court attempted to contact me. The letter said I had X number of days to continue pursuit of the lawsuit. She offered to "make things right", but it would be X number of days since the "economy was bad". It just happened those days took us outside of the days I had to pursue the law suit. Since then, she has provided NOTHING and quit responding to emails again.
I recommend you DO NOT purchase any animal from her as she is a very bad breeder. Her breeding rights were revoked by the AKC. Her pets have severe medical problems including hereditary eye problems. I found multiple people online that I had conversations with that had similar issues with eye problems from her puppies. She is not honest and will take your money.
Her advertisements of customer service are not based in any fact or any 3rd party company. She has identified herself as having great customer service in order to sell puppies.
