This past week I had a horrible experience at Arden B, which is owned by WetSeal. I went online and found MANY other complaints against the company. I could not believe how many other people had complained and vowed never to shop there again.
I discovered that the corporation has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau because they do not care about the customer, its all about the money and being a greedy corporation, and bullying their customers, who according to their website are mainly teenage girls and women.
I encourage you to email the President and other senior executives with your story.

An email is evidence, it will remain forever. I strongly suggest that you email your horrible experience to the corporate officers of the Wetseal/ Arden B corporation . This company must know that they cannot bully and intimidate their customers, who are mostly teenage girls and women. And I ask you to join in boycotting this corporation. Thank you!
