Dear Paul,
I booked a car through Argus for a trip to Italy on October 8, 2010. During our trip a tyre was damaged, costing 180 euro to replace. On returning I rang Argus for a refund as I had looked to take out the extra insurance that was available. I was told that I had requested this insurance but due to a fault on the website that it had not gone through. I do not feel this is my fault and feel that a refund is due to myself.
