we have applied for Canada Migration in April 2004 and finished paying them all the installment by March 2005.I was qualified for the migration and recvd the file no as well as scheduled.Intially it was informed to us that the process would take another few months time and we would hear the good news very soon, unexpectedly they asked us to submit for IELTS exam and once the marks are 7 band in all categories we would be immd eligible for migration, have taken these test 6 times in various locations such as India and Dubai and have also attended IELTS course but everytime the band used to be 7 or more in 3 modules and in listnening test always resulted me 6.5 or less . I am business person in fashion business and establishing my own office in NY city delaing with most of designers and multi million dollar comapanies and IELTS test disqualify me for my inefficiency for listneing . god knows who all makes money in the name of immigration . Is this british council final authority to judge your ability ?? they have no system of doing personal interviews to judge or justfy the test results, .if my listening ability is bad, i will never pass for my speaking test, i can speak only when i listen an understand .. stupid system. you can shed lot of money in the process .. thanks for british administration. my test result 6.5 band in listening test is the reason for which they were unable to process my papers further. in 2008 they asked to arrange for POLICE CLEARANCE also and the same was submitted to them immediately. My all Original Degree certificate are in their custody and till date the same is not returned, intially the claim was that Canada High Commission has your Original documents and we would retrive the same for you...and after continous follow up we have been told on 23rd June 2009 that the original certificates are LOST BY CANADA HIGH COMMISSION and that they cannot do anything on the same. Finally we asked them to cancell all our papers and to refund the money back and this was given in writing to them on 2nd Janaury 2011 and feedback we recd is we will try to cancel ur file but the money cannot be refunded. My wife has been going to their office everyday and we get a response that the CEO HAS NOT ATTENDED THE OFFICE TODAY, SORRY MAM HE WAS IN JUST STEPPED OUT, HE IS NOT KEEPING WELL AND DONT KNOW WHEN HE WOULD RETURN and when the call goes onto this mobile he knows the number so does not either answer or says AM JUST ENTERING INTO A MEETING, WILL CALL LATER and that call unfortunately does not happen at all...several mails have been sent to them but again no reply at all after various reminders and no response as there are many other people who have to be duped so no time to reply back to these mails who are already on their mercy...would give a piece of advise to all the people who are trying to apply thru ARIES INTERNATIONAL for their MIgration, PPPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS DONT GO THRU THEM, APPLY DIRECTLY THRU CANADA CONSULATE OR THRU SOME OTHER AGENCY BUT NOT THRU THEM...IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO LOOSE, HAVENT COME ACROSS SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY...and do not have any decency to call back or worried about some ORIGINAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE BEING LOST...I cannot apply for any other migration status due to this issue, ...AM STUCK...DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE COMPANY IS STILL RUNNING after so many complaints being recd in their favour...
