In November of 2009 I contacted the Arizona Automobile Association (AAA) about using their car buying service. Of course, this is a service I pay for with my annual dues. The clerk I contacted was Carl Rispoli. The clerk was supposed to find a vehicle similar to the one I was looking for, negotiate a price with the dealer, and then contact me. I explained to the clerk that I was not interested in playing phone tag with him and all information should be submitted to me via e-mail. The clerk agreed to this. The clerk and I traded several e-mails and then I never heard back from him. The vehicle I was looking for was not rare or in high demand so that is not an excuse for the total lack of service.
AAA has lost a ong time customer who has never filed even the smallest claim because of a clerk named Carl Rispoli and his failure to do what he is paid to do.
