Deadbeat.
Bridezilla.
Does not tell the truth.
Misrepresents herself.
Complainer.
Screamer.
Writer of threating e-mails.
Messages on voice machines that would make your ears burn.
Wants something for nothing.

Loses it and then writes and says how sorry she is... It goes on and on but, I sure would NOT listen to her or her new husband about any time line or comments made by a major company in Yosemite National Park... much less about Simply that flowers. Consider the source. Why take so much effect to do harm to a business?

Gave the couple over 20 hours of our time and effort for a $400.00 wedding. Then there was a discussion about the delivery fee and that broke the bank... no more of the crazy making. After 7 years and 3 days in business this is our first and only complaint... now this outlandish complaint that has no merit. She did say... quote... "I will do anything in my power to destroy your business and company name!" Unquote.
Well, isn't life a little to short to take some much time and effort to write many boards to put our service down?

Come on vendors... let's unite and give the Bridezilla's a little feedback and how much we make the customer always 100% right and we hold our tears back and take it and it is time to stand up to the demanding couples or single bride or groom that verbally walk all over us and as a professional we take it... who understands what I am saying...? My campaign will be... "Enough is Enough!"
